Shipping

• US addresses only, via USPS with tracking.
• $10 flat rate; free on orders over $150.
• Pre-orders ship by October 10, after the batch certificate of analysis is posted.
• Tracking appears on your order page as soon as your package ships.

Refunds

• Pre-orders not yet shipped: full refund on request if we miss the ship-by date by more than 14 days.
• Damaged or wrong items: report within 7 days of delivery with a photo for a replacement or refund.
• Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 10 days, we reship or refund.
• Refunds are sent in the crypto you paid with, for the dollar value of your order.
